Conpro EP-1

Description:
Conpro EP-1 is a solvent free, pigmented, two component system consisting of liquid epoxy resins and specially formulated hardener. In cured condition, Conpro EP-1 is a hard, tough and abrasion resistant epoxy flooring. It is resistant to a wide range of chemicals including many acids (inorganic), alkalies; mineral oils, solvents etc. It also has excellent resistance to water.

Scope of use:
Conpro EP-1 is a coating system recommended for cement bound surfaces like concrete, screed and plaster. It can also be used over iron and steel.

Major applications of Conpro EP-1 are as floor coatings in chemical, mechanical or pharmaceutical industries, computer rooms, chemical laboratories etc.

Conpro EP-2-In Epoxy

Description:
Conpro EP-2 is a low viscosity, epoxy based, solvent free two component primer and coating system. In cured condition, Conpro EP-2 is a hard, tough and abrasion resistant material. It is resistant to a wide range of chemicals including many acids, alkalies, mineral oils, solvents etc. It also has excellent resistance to water. Due to its low viscosity it is suitable for crack filling.

Scope of use:
Conpro EP-2 is used:

• As primer coat on cement bound surfaces and metals.
• For providing anti - skid finishes and sealings.
• In levelling coats.
• Inepoxy clear finish coats.

Conpro EP-3

Description:
Conpro EP-3 is a solvent free, epoxy resin based mortar for screeding, repair and improvement of concrete structures. In cured condition Conpro EP-3 is a hard, tough with very high mechanical strength, high impact and abrasion resistance. It is resistant to most acids, alkalies, grease, fuels, minerals oil etc.

Scope of use:

• Epoxy screed flooring in industries for high mechanical wear & tear.
• Lining of storage tanks of chemicals which are corrosive in nature.
• Bedding mortar for A.R (acid resistance) tile lining etc.
• Patch repair/pothole repair of all thicknesses.

Conpro EP-4

Description:
Conpro EP-4 is a epoxy based two component, 100% solids epoxy system designed to bond new concrete to old & other materials to concrete.

Scope of use:
Conpro EP-4 is used:

• To bond new concrete to old.
• To grout machine base plates.
• To place anchor bolts.

Conpro EP 6

Description:
Conpro EP-6 is a epoxy based, transparent, two component, low viscosity impregnate material for cement bound surfaces like concrete, screed, plaster etc. It enter deeply into the substrate and fills all the pores and capillaries. It improves the hardness, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance of the substrate.

Conpro EP-6 is resistant to mineral oils, fuels, diesel, and effluent water.

Scope of use:
Conpro EP-6 is used as impregnating coating for cement bound surfaces like industrial floors, petrol pumps, car parks, storage rooms aeroplane hangers, terraces, balconies etc.

Conpro EP-7

Description:
Conpro EP-7 is a solvent free, pigmented, two component, epoxy based coating specially formulated for substrates coming in contact with food and edible-products. In cured condition, it is hard, tough, abrasion resistant material. It is resistant to wide range of chemicals including many acids, alkalies, minerals oils, solvents etc. It also has excellent resistance to water and many chemicals used for food processing.

Conpro EP-7 is a coating system recommended for use over cement bound surfaces like concrete, screed and plaster. It can also be applied over iron and steel.

Conpro Epw-1

Description:
CONPRO EP-8 is a two component, epoxy based waterproofing compound. After mixing both the components , it can be thinned down with water. In cured condition, it is hard, tough, abrasion resistant material. It is resistant to wide range of chemicals including many acids, alkalies, minerals oils, solvents etc. It also has excellent resistance to water .One of the major advantage of CONPRO EP-8 over solvent based epoxy is that it can be applied on damp surface also. Being free from solvents , it does not pose any health hazard to the applicator.

Conpro Ep-21
Description:
CONPRO EP-21 is a solvent free, pigmented two component, epoxy based coating specially for steel and concrete. In cured condition, it is hard, tough, abrasion resistant material. B is resistant to wide range of chemicals including many acids, alkalies, minerals oils, solvents etc. It also has excellent resistance to water and many chemicals used in sugar, breweries, distilleries, fertilizer, and chemical industries.

Scope of use:

• CONPRO EP-21 is a coating system recommended over Iron and steel surfaces, and cement bound surfaces like concrete, screed and plaster.
• Major applicationa of CONPRO EP-21 includes coating over containers, reactors in which chemicals of recommended concerrtratioti is stored. It may also be used tor coating structures.

CONPRO PU-1

Description:
CONPRO PU-1 is a Polyurethane based , high build, ready to use, anti-corrosive and water proofing coating. CONPRO PU-1 cures to a tough elastic film which is water proof and has good resistance to many corrosive chemicals. It has excellent bond with concrete, asbestos, mild steel and most of other building materials.

Scope of use:

• CONPRO PU-1 is used as protective coating for mild steel and pipelines.
• CONPRO PU-1 highly suitable for water proofing of concrete roofs, asbestos roofs, basements, water tanks, swimming pools..
• CONPRO PU-1 is used for water proofing of terraces, chajjas, parapet walls, sunken slabs etc.

Application

• Seal all the crevices with Silicone sealant, or sealer made by mixing Chalk-Mitti with CONPRO PU-1.
• Apply first coat of CONPRO PU-1 over prepared and primed substrate by brush, roller or airless spray and allow it to dry for 8 hours.
• Apply second coat of CONPRO PU-1 perpendicular to first coat.
• Thinner (Xylene) upto 5% may be used for finish coat, if required.

CONPRO EP-SL-1
