Highly Effective Tile Adhesive àDry Powder

Description
Conpro TA-1 is a polymer modified cement based dry power. This construction chemical is mixed with water to make workable mortar which is highly suitable for fixing of Tiles over cementitious surfaces.

Description
CONPRO SP-1 is a highly effective and economical superplasticizer based on naphthalene sulphonate formaldehyde condensate used for producing high strength quality concrete which permits early removal of shuttering for speedy construction.

CONPRO SP-1 complies to ASTM-C-494-86, Type F & IS 9103-1979.

Precautions

EXFOLIATED VERMICULITE BASED INSULATING MATERIAL.

Description
CONPRO RI construction chemical is specially graded exfoliated Vermiculite used as thermal insulation material in building industries for roofs, walls and light weight filling at reasonable cost. Vermiculite is the mineralogical name given to hydrated laminar magnesium aluminium silicate

Method of Application

• Ensure the surface is clean, free from separating agents like oil, dust, grease, dust and loose particles. Apply one coat of cement slurry to improve adhesion. Apply the mixed mortar on roof or wall without compression as per recommended thickness.
• Allow the applied material to set and dry for 3 - 4 days. Since it is cementitious material, water later on.
• On top of insulation apply any terracing material as per requirement.

NON-METALLIC FLOOR HARDNER

Description
CONPRO FH-1 is a cementitious non-metalic abrasion resistant floor hardener ideally suited for all industrial floors subject to heavy traffic.

Method of Application
For laying of CONPRO FH-1 over base concrete, the following procedure is recommended:

• Alllow bleeding water on the top of base concrete to evaporate.
• Ensure that base concrete is hard enough so that light foot traffic movement does not leave an impression of more than 3 mm depth.
• Spread CONPRO FH-1 uniformly in 3 stages.
• After spreading one-third of the total CONPRO FH-1 to be used, level the surface with a wooden float.
• Similarly, spread the rest of the CONPRO FH-1 in 2 stages and level the surface again.
• Allow the surface to cure as per conventional cement curing methodology.

Epoxy based segmental adhesive

Description
Conpro EPGS is a epoxy based solvent free, three component, non shrink, high strength, pourable grout suitable as segment adhesive. Conpro EPGS is resistant to mineral oils , fuels, diesel and wide range of chemicals.

Scope of use
Conpro EPGS is used as a segmental adhesive for stones, metals, concrete based structures etc.

Silicone based water repellant coating

Description
Conpro WR is silicone based, single component , colourless clear liquid coating that penetrates into open pores into mineral substrates and make it water repellant.it prevent water penetration , has good permeability to water vapour thus allow the masonary surface to breathe naturally.

Scope of Use

Conpro WR is used to protect vertical exterior surfaces like concrete, natural stones, artificial stones, clay bricks, cementitious plaster, cement paint coated surfaces etc.against driving rain and frost with improvement in self cleaning properties.
